Frequently Asked Questions – WELL Summit

What is The WELL Summit?

A 2 day gathering of like-minded wellness enthusiasts and professionals that delivers intimate access to leaders in the industry.

Who should attend?

If you want to learn more about clean beauty, healthy food & nutrition we’ve gathered THE experts in these fields to come lead breakout sessions with you. And, if you are looking to grow your own wellness business, our business-focused speakers have been where you are and welcome the opportunity to share their insights with you.

I am a business owner, but I’m not sponsoring or exhibiting at the WELL Summit. How can I promote my business?

The WELL Summit weekend is a fantastic opportunity to network with other business owners, bloggers and wellness leaders! We cannot wait to see what collaborations come from The WELL Summit. Out of respect to our Summit sponsors & exhibitors, we cannot allow non- summit approved marketing materials or products being passed out to those in attendance. We do, however, encourage you to bring plenty of business cards, make friends, find a mentor, and/or become a mentor.

What if I have some flyers or pamphlets that I want to use in lieu of business cards as I network?

We ask that you respectfully uphold our vision for the WELL Summit by adhering to these rules:

-Business cards are welcome as you network and establish personal relationships! -Flyers, pamphlets or other marketing materials are NOT allowed unless you are an official WELL Summit sponsor or exhibitor -Anyone not an official sponsor or exhibitor who is seen passing out materials other than business cards will have all materials confiscated and/or be asked to leave the Summit

-Please refrain from entering anyone you meet into your newsletter list unless you have their permission

Why are tickets non-refundable, only transferable?

We are putting together a highly curated event with you in mind from start to finish. Because this is an event tailored to your dietary needs (i.e. gluten-free, vegetarian, vegan) as well as your interests (clean beauty, creating & sustaining a healthy diet, steps to take to grow your business), we rely heavily on number of tickets sold in order to ensure all breakout sessions and networking events are planned with a final headcount so each attendee receives the best possible experience.

If you are not able to attend, you can transfer your ticket to a friend or to the next WELL Summit. If you wish to transfer your ticket, please send us the name and contact information of the person who will be attending in your place.

* Please note: Tickets will NOT be sold at the door.

What does my ticket include?

  • Exclusive gift bag filled with wellness goodies
  • Access to the L.I.V.E. WELL Party
  • Breakout sessions & Panels
  • Networking opportunities with wellness professionals and enthusiasts

What are these breakout sessions I keep hearing about?

The majority of our itinerary will be made up of interactive breakout sessions. All breakout sessions will be capped at 35 to 40 people to ensure you have a chance to connect with the speaker, ask questions and get your questions answered! Breakout sessions will be 60 minutes long.

What should I wear during the breakout sessions?

Not including our panels, you will be attending about 6-7 breakout sessions. They will run the gamut from cooking demos, yoga and meditation to DIY classes. We recommend wearing comfortable clothing and footwear.

How do I get my gift bag?

Your gift bag will be available for you at registration.

What is the L.I.V.E. WELL Party?

Whether you’re interested in Fair Trade products, non-toxic household items or perhaps a little bit of everything, this is your opportunity to browse, shop, enjoy some delicious food and beverages and most of all– to have fun!
