Breakout Session One: Eating Your Way To a Happier Self: Plant Foods for Wellness

Breakout Session Two: Eating Your Way To a Happier Self: Bone Broth for a Calmer System

Bio: Chef Ariane Resnick is on a mission to help us rediscover the freedom in food. The author of the successful book, “The Bone Broth Miracle,” Ariane, a private chef and certified nutritionist has helped her clients get in touch with their bodies so their relationship with food becomes a joyful one.

Ariane understands the power food can have. She also understands that often, how we perceive food can make it a source of anxiety. The emotional component surrounding food can make us feel judged, ashamed and can lead to limited diets that not longer serve us. Ariane not only expands her clients’ palates, she seeks to expand their attitudes around food so they are free to eat what they’re innately drawn to. In letting go of the dogma, they’re able to listen to—and liberate—their bodies.

The W.E.L.L. Summit is excited to welcome Ariane as she leads two Breakout Sessions! Attendees will decide, based on their dietary preferences, which session to attend. Ariane will showcase the healing benefits of either bone broth or plant-based foods in dishes she’ll prepare on-site, while discussing her philosophy surrounding food, health and happiness.

Attendees will leave inspired to embrace food without judgment and with a deeper knowledge of the healing powers of these ingredients. Each attendee will also leave with a recipe to recreate at home.
