Aimee Raupp, women’s health expert and author, has helped thousands of women to improve their vitality, celebrate their beauty, reconnect to the presence of their optimal health and naturally improve their fertility. Aimee’s work focuses on reawakening wellness, rather than curing illness, and she’s bringing her expertise to this year’s W.E.L.L. Summit. In the meantime, here’s a behind-the-scenes peek at Aimee and her work.

What would WS attendees be surprised to learn about you? I did not always have thriving health. As a young adult, I suffered with chronic eczema, an eating disorder and lots of anxiety because I did not take care of myself. Through my education and training in Traditional Chinese Medicine, I learned how big of a role my emotions played in my health, and it was until I stopped self-sabotaging and started really practicing self-love that my health transformation began.

What first attracted you to W.E.L.L. Summit? The tribe that W.EL.L. Summit is cultivating is so beautiful, and the speaker lineup is incredible. So many of my favorite wellness experts in one event. It’s like one big wellness party!

What are you teaching at this year’s Summit? This year we are going to get into the relationship between our beliefs and our health—the topic of my soon to launch book, Body Belief: How to Heal Autoimmune Diseases, Radically Shift Your Health, and Learn to Love Your Body More.

What does wellness mean to you? Wellness is focusing on what you have that is thriving—physically, emotionally and spiritually. When you shift your mindset from a place of lack to a place of abundance, healing occurs.

What are you hoping to empower attendees with? Bottom line: YOUR BODY HEARS EVERYTHING YOUR BRAIN SAYS… I will teach you to tune into what you are saying to your body. Are you cheering it on or bullying it? I will guide you through some amazing exercises that will allow you to reconnect to self and discover what your beliefs are about your body, how to reform those beliefs to support your health, and ultimately how to transform limiting beliefs to allow your vitality to thrive.

What other W.E.L.L. Summit Speaker are you excited to hear from? I loved Cyndie Spiegel’s session last year and can can’t wait to hear her speak about having the courage to ask for what you need and want! I think women struggle so much with this, myself included! And Agapi is my soul sister, and I am so proud of her for spreading her message of joy! Our messages align so beautifully, and I look forward to hearing what she has to share in her session about living with a feeling of connection.

What exciting things are you working on this year? In addition to the launch of my book, Body Belief, I will be launching a few amazing online programs to help women optimize their fertility and find more ease on their path to pregnancy. I also just launched an awesome online membership offering support for new and expecting moms. It’s called Yes, You’re Pregnant! And, we have a few exciting new products in my organic skincare line, Aimee Raupp Beauty, each designed to balance hormones and enhance beauty from the inside, out.

Anyone who is at the top of their game has had to persevere and cheerleader themselves. What is one thing others told you was impossible but you proved was possible? I honestly feel like the only limitations that were ever placed on me were my own.  So, with that, I had doubt that I could ever be a success or reach thousands of women across the world and guide them to their healthiest version of themself. Shifting my beliefs from a place of fear or doubt was the biggest ‘impossible’ that I have overcome, and it’s one thing I think I overcome every, single day.

What book(s) are you reading now? I’m a big audiobook listener. I just finished Sue Johnson’s book, Hold Me Tight. So good!

What quote inspires you?You can’t get it wrong and you never get it done.” —Abraham Hicks

What’s your favorite ritual for health? Adding a scoop of collagen peptides to my delicious organic coffee each morning.

WS is all about tribe. How do you ensure the right people are around you? I stay centered in who I am, what my passions are and what my truth is as I know that I attract what I put out there
